About me

I began my career in public health and have worked across the NHS in a number of roles ever since. I have always had a keen interest in eastern systems of thought and sought acupuncture for a health problem with no known western cure in my early twenties. The results were fantastic and I was inspired to combine my deepening interest in eastern medicine and my experience of working in health services to train as a five element acupuncturist.

I treat patients of all ages and from all walks of life. I see varying types and degrees of health problems at the twelve rivers clinics. If you have any questions I am happy to provide a freeĀ 30 minute consultation to discuss whether acupuncture can help.

I had a daughter in 2015 and now work part time to work around family life. I am trained to the standards required to become a member of the British acupuncture council. I continue post graduate training with the eminent Niki Bilton at quarterly seminars. Niki is academic dean at the Ongiara College of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Ontario and teaches across the globe. For more information see my training.
